Camera and Photos

The app may request camera or gallery access only for analysis features requested by the user. Images are not shared publicly. Photos submitted for AI analysis are used only to generate your results and are handled according to the retention rules described below.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Account information and fitness/body analysis data are retained for as long as your account remains active.
• If your account is inactive for 12 months, or after you request account deletion, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.
• Photos used for AI analysis are processed to generate your results and are deleted from our active storage within 30 days of upload, unless you choose to keep them saved in your profile.
• Device, usage, analytics, and crash data are retained according to the policies of our third-party providers, typically for up to 14 months.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
• By email: Send a request to support@checkfitai.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", using the email address associated with your account.

Once we receive your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Third-Party Services

CheckFit AI may use trusted third-party services such as:

• Google Firebase
• Google Play Services
• Huawei Mobile Services (HMS)
• Supabase (backend data storage)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Analytics and crash reporting tools

These providers may process and retain data according to their own privacy policies and retention schedules.
